Overview
ColorNest is a coloring and drawing app created by Kalaiselvan Parasuraman. ColorNest does not require you to create an account. We do not ask for your name, phone number, address, contacts, or precise location.
Information We Collect or Store
App progress stored on your device
ColorNest saves coloring progress, favorites, completed pages, coins, unlocked pages, music settings, brush strokes, fill colors, and app preferences locally on your device so the app can remember your progress.
My Photos projects stored on your device
When you create a coloring sheet from a photo, ColorNest stores a reduced source thumbnail, enhanced preview, SVG coloring sheet, and sheet data locally on your device. ColorNest processes these photos on-device and does not upload them to a ColorNest server. You can delete a single My Photos project or reset all local data from inside the app.
App activity and usage data
If Firebase Analytics is enabled, ColorNest may collect general app usage information such as screens opened, coloring pages started or completed, daily bonuses claimed, pages opened, export or share actions, and store screen activity.
Crash and performance data
If Firebase Crashlytics is enabled, ColorNest may collect crash reports and performance information such as device type, operating system version, crash logs, error reports, and app version.
Advertising data
The current paid-app build of ColorNest does not include ads or an ad SDK.
Purchase information
ColorNest Pro subscriptions are processed by Google Play and validated through RevenueCat. ColorNest does not collect or store your full payment card details. RevenueCat may process purchase status and a pseudonymous app or device identifier to provide and restore Pro access, subject to RevenueCat's privacy policy.
How We Use Information
- Save coloring progress, favorites, coins, and unlocked pages
- Provide daily rewards and included paid content
- Validate and restore Pro subscription access through Google Play and RevenueCat
- Improve app features and fix bugs
- Understand general app usage and prevent abuse
Sharing Information
We do not sell your personal information. Limited information may be processed by service providers used by the app, including Google Firebase Analytics, Google Firebase Crashlytics, Google Play Billing, and RevenueCat. These services process data according to their own privacy policies and terms.
Pro Subscriptions and Local Storage
ColorNest is free to download. ColorNest Pro may unlock premium stages, pages, and tools through subscriptions configured in Google Play and RevenueCat.
ColorNest stores local app data such as coloring progress, saved brush strokes, filled regions, favorites, coins, unlocks, completed pages, app settings, music settings, and My Photos projects. Android backup is disabled for this app so these local projects are not automatically copied through Android Auto Backup. Deleting the app may remove this local data from that device.
Children's Privacy
ColorNest is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.
Security, Retention, and Your Choices
We use reasonable measures to protect information handled by the app and third-party services. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
You can stop using the app, delete one My Photos project, delete the app, reset local progress from inside the app, manage Google Play subscription settings, and contact us about privacy questions.
